Will frameit TV fit my TV?
Yes! Our TV frames have been designed to work with the vast majority of flat panel TV’s even if yours may be a little older.Our frames come out from wall 7.25” therefore it should allow for your current mounted TV to be sufficiently framed in a flush manner.
Will Frameit TV work with a curve TV?
Yes, it will work however make sure your currently mounted TV does not extend out from wall more than 6”.
How do I know what size TV I have?
Really easy, just measure diagonally from top corner to bottom corner and that will give you your TV size.
Some guidelines to consider:
- If your TV is tilted downward the “frame” will at some point not cover/frame the TV.
- If you currently have a soundbar attached to TV or directly underneath TV it will need to be repositioned, as it will not fit inside the frame.Please contact our Sales Department to accommodate your special request – circumstance.
Will I be able to reach the control, USB & HDMI ports on my TV’s back panel?
Absolutely Yes! We have designed the frames so that both side panels can be easily removed and placed back for easy access to your TV’s controls, USB, HDMI, etc.
Will the frame interfere with my TV’s remote control operations (infrared connection)?
No, the frame design will not obstruct communication between your remote control and TV.
Can my TV overheat due to the frame?
No, the frame allows for a min of 0.75” up to 1.25” spacing between TV edge/border and Frame therefore allowing ample spacing for air circulation.
How much does frame weight?
All our frames are made from high-grade solid wood and weigh less than 50 lbs.for all the 4 parts.
How will my cables (A/C power, HDMI, Cable Box cables, etc.) connect when my TV is framed?
The frame has two round opening at opposite sides on bottom section to accommodate cable assemblies.If your cables run upwards to outlet above the TV simply place section with openings as your top section of the frame; top and bottom section are identical with the exception the “one” has cable assembly openings.
Do I have to remove my TV from the wall to mount the frame?
No, there is no need to dismount your TV from the wall.Using the provided mounting template and instructions you will be able to identify the proper location of the mounting holes to ensure an evenly spaced framing of your TV.
How is the frame mounted to the wall?
Frame is mounted to wall at four point (2 at Top & Bottom) sections utilizing 4 drywall anchors provided.Each anchor holds 40 lbs. of weight for maximum security.If you have concrete wall you will need to purchase concrete anchors and corresponding drill bit to accommodate an anchor screw 3/16” thick.
How easy is it to mount the frame? Can I do it alone?
The process is friendly, simple and should be completed within 30 minutes.One person will be OK however a second person helping is always good too! The kit comes with a template that will make the process a Cinch.Please see our video in How-It-Works section of website.
What tools do I need to mount the frame?
You will need:
- Pen or Pencil
- Measuring tape
- Blue painters tape (preferably)
- If you have concrete wall you will need: Drill & Bit (Size: 1/8th)
- If you have wood you will need: Drill & Bit (Size: 1/8th)
Does the wood material come from sustainable forest harvesting?
We make every possible effort to source our raw materials from producers that comply with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) guidelines and are FSC certified.
What kind of product(s) have been used to treat the wood material?
We only use premium wood oils from manufacturers that comply with all health safeguards.
Where does frameit TV ship-to?
- Street addresses, (please check box during checkout) and Military APO/FPO address

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are based on Ordered Merchandise & Ship-To –Address; costs are generally based on 12% – 17% total cost of merchandise.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can.On average, you can expect your order to ship within 10 business days.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen).Standard Ground is delivered usually within 3 -7 business days to most U.S.locations; however, we’ve found that orders will arrive even sooner than that.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.This email might wind up in your “Spam” email folder, so be sure to add frameit TV to your “safe” list.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Absolutely! At the checkout, you’re able to enter separate shipping.

How do I know what size TV I have?
To find out the size TV you have, start with the end of your tape measure at the top left corner of the screen and extend it to the bottom right corner.Measuring the screen diagonally will give you the standard screen dimension that manufacturers use to establish the size of their televisions.
